Drishyam - Review in 60 seconds!

Drishyam  is a Telugu film directed by Sripriya and jointly produced by Suresh Productions, Rajkumar Theaters Pvt Ltd and Wide Angle Creations. Starring Venkatesh and Meena in the lead roles,The film is a remake of the 2013 Malayalam all- time blockbuster Drishyam starring Mohanlal and Meena herself. Nadhiya is playing the role essayed by Asha Sarath in the original. Sharreth composed the music while S. Gopal Reddy and Marthand K. Venkatesh handled the cinematography and editing respectively.

The film revolves around Ram Babu and his simple family. Ram Babu is a honest cable operator in the small village of Rajavaram at Araku who lives with his wife Jyothi and two teenage daughters Anju and Anu and leads a happy life with his small but happy family. Unexpectedly, their life turns upside down after his family commits a crime for self protection which puts them in deep trouble with the police. Rest of the story is as to how Ram Babu manages to come out of his problems, and saves his family when the culprit's mother, also the Inspector General of police, suspects his family.
